1 Introduction and Definitions

jitac ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider operating through the jitac.cam domain. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jitac and its users ("you", "member").

Before reading these Terms, it is important to understand the following key definitions:

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation (KYC)

jitac is committed to responsible gaming and follows a strict policy to protect minors. Only those aged 21 or above ("21+ only") may use this platform.

3.1 Required Documents

Any one of the following documents may be required for identity confirmation:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Utility bill or bank statement for proof of address

If you register using a false identity, your account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• jitac reserves the right to hold large withdrawal amounts until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Failures

jitac will not be held liable for failed transactions caused by technical errors or payment gateway issues. However, if a problem is confirmed, our support team will take the necessary steps.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jitac offers various types of promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply when claiming this bonus:

• The combined total of the bonus and deposit must meet a 25x wagering requirement.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

jitac's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

jitac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If fraud or manipulation is found in the use of bonuses, the relevant account and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The jitac platform offers sports betting (cricket, football, basketball, and many more), live casino, slot games, and other services.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• jitac reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds or results were displayed due to a technical error.
• In live betting, a bet may not be accepted due to network delays.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded (subject to jitac's own rules).

6.2 Game Results

All games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair results. jitac believes in fair play and does not influence any game outcome.

6.3 Connection Issues

If your internet connection drops during a game, the last state saved on the server will be considered final. jitac will not be held liable in such situations.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitac platform. Violating any of them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing the bonus system or committing bonus fraud (Bonus Abuse).
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

jitac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• On the basis of a direction from a legal authority or a court order.

8.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

jitac will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• If service is disrupted due to technical failures, server downtime, or internet issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If an account is compromised due to user negligence or disclosure of their own login details.
• If data is lost due to a cyberattack or any other external cause.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming or betting.
